One person died, and another was injured when a truck and a sewage tanker collided on Saturday (July 13). Fujairah Police reported that one of the two vehicles jumped a red signal, which caused the fatal accident.
The collision caused both vehicles to catch fire and a long trail of blaze could be observed. In the image shared by the authority, huge clouds of black smoke can be seen billowing from the tanker, and the fire spread along the length of the road.
The other driver was moderately injured and was transferred to a hospital for proper treatment. Authorities are looking into the incident and completing all procedures.
